"Forgive and forget" Words that are easy to say, but so hard to do. When having a good memory becomes a bad thing, having a bad memory doesn't seem so bad at all.

On a lighter note. I've gotten to know some really cool people this weekend, and discovered some really nice cafes in San Diego thanks to my good friend Sam. Torrey Pines is a beautiful place, and I realized on Saturday how much I miss just sitting quietly thinking. S

elf reflection, in its truest sense can bring so much to a person. Self disclosure, on the other hand, should not be asked of a person when intentions are not necessarily to help but to sift through the words and find scraps of wanted information. There is a difference between knowing and understanding.
